The Knives of Alaska Fisherman's Combo packs both of their popular fishing/fillet knives in one set. 

The Coho Fillet Knife from Knives of Alaska Bush Camp knife is just what you need for cleaning the big ones.  It is designed for medium and large sized fish.This is a large knife at 13" long with a long, sweeping 8" blade.  Full tang construction and D2 steel, with red Cerakote, hardened to HRC 57-59 makes this one strong and corrosion resistant knife.  The flat grind and razor sharp edge means perfect fillets.  The black SureGrip handle with a large, lined lanyard hole ensures a solid grip.

At 10-3/4" long and with a 5-3/4" slender blade, the Steelheader is a premier fillet knife.  The D2 steel, with red Cerakote, full tang construction gives the Steelheader strength and flexibility.   It is just as at home in the kitchen preparing meals as it is butchering beasts as an excellent boning knife.  It only weighs 3 ounces so you can't blame it if you get tired.  The SureGrip handles and finger grooves allow you to hold on in the slipperiest of messes.  Both knives fit in their custom, dual knife nylon sheath.
