At 10-3/4" long and with a 5-3/4" slender blade, this is a premier fillet knife.  The 440C stainless steel, full tang construction gives the Steelheader strength and flexibility.   It is just as at home in the kitchen preparing meals as it is butchering beasts as an excellent boning knife.  It only weighs 3 ounces so you can't blame it if you get tired.  The SureGrip handles and finger grooves allow you to hold on in the slipperiest of messes.  The Steelheader is supplied with a nice nylon belt sheath with hard plastic insert to keep you safe.
