Shipping, Returns, Cancellations


We at KnifeCommand, pack your item with care and ship out quickly worldwide using the USPS or UPS  You can choose from a variety of methods on the checkout page.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses and international destinations ship via the USPS.

Heavy or large items may incur additional shipping charges. 

Shipping method is subject to change at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for providing a secure "Ship To" address.  Sometimes that is your work location.  Choose carefully.

Signature confirmation at delivery may be required for certain items/orders.

Packages showing either Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship to most locations worldwide.  If we do not ship to your country, you can sign up with a package- or freight-forwarder located within the U.S.  International orders may require your credit card and I.D., due to security reasons.  Customer is responsible for knowledge of, and compliance with, all laws, regulations, restrictions, and Customs fees, taxes and duties.  We are not responsible for delays, Customs seizures/forfeitures, taxes/tariffs/duties and there are no refunds/returns on international orders/payments.  Warranty issues are to be dealt directly with the Manufacturer.

Returns, Cancellations

IMPORTANT:  AUTOMATIC KNIVES CANNOT BE PURCHASED WITH PAYPAL AND THE PAYPAL FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED IF PAYPAL IS USED.  PayPal payments for automatic knives will be refunded less the restocking fee.  Therefore, make sure to pay will a credit card independent of PayPal, via our own secure, independent payment processor at checkout.

Requests for return and any and all order or product discrepancies and must be reported to us via detailed email within 24 hours of delivery of order.  All shipping and product packaging must be saved and pictures may be required prior to approval.  A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained and packages not marked with a RMA will be refused.

Only brand new items, with all of their packaging intact, all in perfect condition as sent, may be returned.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply.  The restocking fee covers the very real costs of processing the order, receiving and inspecting the return, restocking and relisting inventory and processing a refund.  Plus, payment processors do not refund us their fee when a refund is made.  Returns will be refunded or exchanged after inspection and at our discretion.

We will not accept returns where the shipping label is placed on the product packaging.

Cancellations requests must be made within 1 hour of ordering and must be made prior to shipment.    Cancellations are at our discretion, are not always possible, and multiple cancellations will incur the restocking fee. 

Must contact us for an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions, which must be followed and item received by us within 5 days.  All returns are subject to our inspection and approval.  Some sale-priced items and custom items are not refundable.  No returns/refunds on international orders/payments.
