The Knives of Alaska Xtreme Series Model IV Whitetail Hunter a great, lightweight knife for hunting or survival.  It is a UNWRAPPED skeletonized handle, drop point hunting knife with gut hook that is 8-1/4" overall with a 3-1/4" blade made of D2 tool steel, .125" thick, 59-61 HRC.  The handle edge has jimping all the way around and it comes with a length of paracord for a nice handle wrap if you like.  A custom kydex sheath is included. At only 1.8 ounces, you can carry it all day.
