The Guardian Tactical GTX-025 is the little brother of the Recon-035.  With its patented OTF mechanism, opening and closing this blade is significantly smoother and very strong.  Their new locking mechanism doesn't touch the blade in motion thereby reducing friction and wear.  The thumb slide utilizes a steel plate and ceramic balls to eliminate typical OTF wear on the aluminum handle. 

This Custom GTX-025 Double-Action Automatic has an overall length of 6.625” and a closed length of 4".  The 2.5" fine edge, drop-point  blade is made of Sheffield Damascus high carbon steel.  As this is a high-carbon damascus blade, you should keep it clean and well oiled.  The .13" thick blade has a fine cutting edge.  The black Type lll Hardcoat Anodized Aluminum handle has a Brushed Grain finish and a hardened steel glass breaker on the end.    The black thumb slide rides on a stainless steel plate with ceramic balls to reduce friction.  It features all black hardware with a black serial numbered pocket clip for tip-down carry.
