The Nekro is a modern and exciting knife designed by Andy Goltz of Berlin-based Apeiron Bladeworks. Andy is not only a visionary and designer, but also an award-winning and talented knifemaker. He was awarded in Paris at the Knife Show in autumn 2018 for some of his fixed knife designs. The Nekro is a prime example of this. The blade made of Böhler steel does not require any handle scales. The design is minimalist and yet extravagant. The numerous holes help to keep the weight under control. The straight shape and slim design make it an excellent everyday tool. All the work that needs to be done can be done with ease with this knife. The single-edged blade allows for easy cutting, carving or peeling. The Nekro becomes the ideal companion at work and in your free time.
This Nekro knife is made of Black and Grey Camo coated Eickhorn Professional Steel (1.4110). It is 6" overall with a 3" semi-spearpoint blade with a trailing false top edge. With the skeletonized handle, this knife weighs only about 2.3 ounces. The thumb ribs and finger grooves allow for a secure grip. It has a lanyard hole at the end. The included Kydex sheath allows for multiple carry options. Use cord for a neck knife, slip into a boot or your pocket. It can be also be attached to Tek-lok or Molle-Lok devices. Each knife is individually serial numbered.
